TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
1. The contract shall not cover visit/replacement of parts under following circumstances:
a) Damage caused to the item due to floods, fire, accident, riot, breakage, pest, misuse, improper / negligent use, tampering etc.
b) Defect due to use of sub-standard spares.
c) Defects / failure resulting from servicing /repairs done by a person other then the unauthorized person of GAME ZOON.
2. The item should be made available for servicing as and when our service technician calls on his periodical visit, failure to do so will be treated as a service rendered and no refund shall accurse on this account.
3. Ever visit by service technician will be made within reasonable time from receipt of a complaint and no visit will be made on SUNDAY & NATIONAL HOLIDAY IS HOLIDAY.
4. In the event of any complain, please quote your name, address and contact number.
5. This contract will neither terminate before the expiry period not transferable in the event of resale / gift to any other person.
6. Any additional system printer, UPS etc. are added in future extra charges will be given by the customer.
7. Contract charge are payable be cash in advance.
1. Shall pay the annual charges in advance to the company on the data on which this agreement comes into force.
2. Further, the customer shall pay to AMC all subsequent annual charges under this agreement at least 30 days before the expiry of the current 12 months period if the agreement is mutually agreed to be renewed for a further period(s) of one year each.
3. Customer will pay the extra charge for any spare.
Under this contract GAME ZOON undertakes to maintain your item specified on another file. This contract provides for free periodical service to the above item(s) subject to terms and conditions mentioned hereafter.
SERVICE COVERED BY THE CONTRACT ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Two periodical visit per month, during the period of contract mention above, when the item will be thoroughly checked, cleaned, serviced and adjusted, any two additional visit demanded by the customer .
2. Any additional visit during the contract period, when required, in event of any breakdown / malfunctioning of item on the intimation in regard by the customer.
3. Replacement of CPU cooler, CMOS battery, once may be given free of cost.
